Before concentrating on leather products, I received an HND in Graphic Design, and you can see some of my work here.

I also dabbled in building some furniture and sewing with vinyl. 

The car seat covers turned out to be quite a hit with the taxi drivers, who incidentally didn't want to pay for them.  Well, they're a bugger to make, so they might as well be a bugger to pay for.  They certainly look the part and are very durable.
